Indicative rate: €40–80 per person-hour, excluding VAT. The final estimate depends on the scope; external service costs are agreed separately.

How do you work out the budget?

For planning, our indicative range is €40–80 per person-hour, excluding VAT. The project price depends on the agreed scope. The quote sets out the VAT applicable to the transaction and payment terms.

Can we start with a small task?

Yes. We can discuss a single page, design asset, feature or process pilot. If the task is not yet clear, we first agree the scope of a diagnostic.

What do you need from us?

A goal, your existing website or process description, and any available copy and brand materials are useful. Together, we identify what is missing and who will prepare it.

Do you handle development and integrations?

Yes. The team includes frontend and backend developers. We discuss the required functionality, connections and access before approving the estimate.

How many revisions are included?

The quote specifies the review stages and revision scope. If the task changes after approval, we assess the effect on scope, price and timing before doing the additional work.

Do you help after handover?

Maintenance, support and further development can be agreed separately. Studio Partner covers regular work within an agreed allocation of person-hours; response times and other terms are defined for that engagement.

Does every solution need AI?

No. Rules or a conventional integration are often enough. An AI pilot is checked against agreed examples, with a defined role for human review. AI tools used during development are separate from an AI feature used by your business.
