How we’ll work on your project.

We agree the scope and estimate, make a first version, review it together and complete the work.

From conversation to handover.

Each project is different. We make the important decisions together at each stage.

Scope01First version02Handover03Review together
  1. Agree the scope

We clarify the task and materials, then agree the scope, estimate, responsibilities and review points.

  2. Make and review

We share a design direction, prototype or process pilot. We review it together before completing the full scope.

  3. Test and hand over

We test the agreed scenarios, hand over files and access, and launch when this is included in the agreed scope.

Ways to work together.

One project, a closer look at a problem, or ongoing work. We choose the format around your task.

When you know what you want to make. We agree the scope and estimate before starting.

A website, an identity or an agreed part of a product.

Diagnosis

When you know the problem but still need to decide what to change or build.

A task review, priorities and a plan for the work.

Studio Partner

When you regularly need design improvements or smaller pieces of development.

Agreed priorities and a combined allocation of specialist hours.

Before we start.

What do you need from us?

A goal, your existing website or process description, copy and brand materials are useful. Together, we identify what is missing and who will prepare it. You do not need a finished technical brief.

How do we agree on revisions?

The proposal sets out review points and the revision scope. If the task changes, we assess the effect on price and timing before doing the additional work.

What happens after handover?

Maintenance, support and further improvements are agreed separately. For regular work, we can plan a Studio Partner engagement with an agreed scope and availability.

What are you making?

Tell us about the idea and what you have prepared. We’ll work out where to start together.
